How long does shipping take for factory orders?

Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.

What is the difference between Z, ESP, and Titanium plastics?

Z Line is our most durable plastic with a translucent look. ESP offers high durability with an improved grip and unique color swirls. Titanium provides the ultimate grip and a metallic finish for premium performance.

Can I return a disc if I have already thrown it?

We only accept returns on items in new, unthrown condition with original tags attached. Used discs or those with ink marks cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer international shipping for disc golf gear?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Please wait 24 hours as carriers often mark packages as delivered prematurely. If it still hasn't arrived, check with neighbors or contact our support team to initiate a carrier claim.

Are the colors and weights of the discs guaranteed?

While we strive for accuracy, disc colors and foil stamps may vary slightly from the product images. You can select your preferred weight range from the dropdown menu on each product page.
